Entry Fees:
  • $15 per class
  • All Show Fee PPWHANC: $150 - pre-entry only
  • All Show Fee Non-PPWHANC Members: $175 - pre-entry only
  • AFTER APRIL 24TH USPS ALL SHOW FEE DOES NOT APPLY. Entry MUST PAY Individual Class Fee of $15 per class & Late Registration Fee of $20 per horse.
  • APRIL 29 ONLINE ALL SHOW FEE DOES NOT APPLY. Entry MUST PAY Individual Class
    Fee of $15 per class & Late Registration Fee of $20 per horse.
  • DQP Inspection Fee: 1 day $6 per horse - 2 days $12 per horse
  • Ground Fee: $10 a day (for horses shown from trailers only)
  • Stalls: $50 each ($35 per stall per day)
    Stalls will be ready for use Thursday am to Sunday am unless prior arrangements have been made with the show manager.
  • NO SHAVINGS INCLUDED IN STALLS. Shavings will be available through Shavings Personnel.
  • RV/Camping: First come first serve. Facility personnel will arrange and collect fees on arrival.
  • Scratched Horse - after deadline of April 24/April 29, refunds require a veterinarian statement of illness/lameness. Refunds will be made minus a $10 office charge per horse. Entry fees may be credited toward another horse or rider.
  • SHOW RESULTS will be posted on the Show Horse Management web site after the show.

CURRENT 12 MONTHS COGGINS REQUIRED FOR ALL HORSES ON SHOW GROUNDS

Persons on Federal Suspension shall participate at the show as spectators only.

Management of The Show Horse Management and the Tarheel Plantation Classic, show officials or staff members are hereby indemnified of any and all claims or liability for injury suffered by rider, horse, and/or property by any cause whatsoever.

Shoes will be removed at the discretion of show management and/or officials for inspection and weighing. As per NWHA rules – “No shoe can be made from any material heavier than conventional steel.” If a horse is found to be non-compliant with these NWHA rules - All awards/monies, points and show fees for that exhibitor and horse shall be forfeited.

No refunds for horses found in violation of HPA guidelines.
